out from underland

So I'm moving to corvallis after living in Portland for the last 8 years. My landlady is selling the house because home prices are rising so fast. I can't be mad she hasn't raised the rent in 8 years. I'm going to miss living in a house, my new apt is tiny and I don't think I can play music too much there or work on bikes and cars and stuff. I'm looking forward to being closer to my daughter and away from Portland noise and traffic and pollution though. I traded on craigslist for a two seater bicycle hopefully I will be able to get my daughter to ride with me. Anybody down for a tandem ride? CATEGORY/TAG cycling 99824
